Nectar Hydro is a great tasting hydration tablet that contains 5-ion electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride) to help maintain optimum hydration levels. It has a light refreshinng taste and is virtually calorie free with only 1-2 calories per 100ml. Hydro contains no artificial colours and is flavoured naturally.

Each tube contains 20 tablets which is enough to make 10 litres of electrolyte drink (1 tablet per 500ml) or 15 litres (1 tablet per 750ml)
